SUNDAY WORSHIP

Join us for worship this Sunday at 10:00 a.m.  There's childcare for toddlers during the service, and there's a Discovery Hour for all ages at 11:30.

Visitors Are WelcomeWe know it's awkward to be a First Time Visitor, but we'd love to hug you into our family.

Disabled?  Deaf?

Don't worry — you're not the first, and we're committed to our Accessibility Solutions

Take a Second Look

We may look small, but we're just concentrated.  And God has trusted us with Our Mission in Northside.

Music

At North Church, we enjoy a "blended" worship style that incorporates the best of contemporary Christian music without neglecting the great treasury of time-honored classics that have been passed down to us through the ages.

Chancel Choir

Music is a vital part of our worship experience, and the Chancel Choir is devoted to singing God's praises.  The Chancel Choir increases its skills in Wednesday evening rehearsals — gatherings filled with fun, laughter, and learning.

Spirit Rising

About one Sunday each month, our morning worship is led by our praise ensemble, Spirit Rising.

Pipe Organ

In 1982, North Church commissioned the Taylor and Boody Organbuilders of Staunton, Virginia, to fabricate a unique reproduction of a baroque pipe organ, and this magnificent instrument is used on all occasions to focus our worship of Almighty God.  Periodically, many local and world-renouned organists come to the North Church sanctuary to perform on this work of art.

The deep-toned organ blast that rolls through arches dim

Hints of the music vast of God's eternal hymn.
